Choose the HealthQuest Fitness and Wellness Center membership plan that best fits your needs. You and your family may select a general or corporate membership lasting anywhere from one to 24 months.

Corporate Membership
Enjoy a discounted, one-year corporate HealthQuest membership if you:
- Are a part-time, contract, or pro re nata (PRN) UNC Health Johnston employee without benefits
- Are an active military member or a veteran
- Volunteer at UNC Health Johnston (employee price)
- Work for an affiliate of UNC Health Care
- Work for or are retired from the state or federal government
- Work for the Town of Smithfield
- Work for or are retired from a UNC Health Johnston corporate partner (ask your employer if it partners with us)
- Work for or are retired from Johnston County Schools or Johnston Community College

Member Referral Reward
Refer-A-Friend Promotion only valid when the prospective member joins under a Self-Pay 12-month or 24-month membership. Self-Pay Members may choose to receive one month in FREE membership dues or a Pro-Shop item of choice. Third-Party Pay Members will receive a Pro-Shop item of choice. For the offer to be valid, prospective members must present the referral card on the day that they join. For questions, call 919-938-7129.
Guest Fees
Get a one-day guest pass to HealthQuest:
- Under 3 years old: Free with an adult guest or member
- 4–17 years old: $5 (children under 12 must be accompanied by someone older than 16 years old)
- 18 years and older: $10
- Silver Pass: $45 for a 6 visit punch pass
- Gold Pass: $78 for a 12 visit punch pass
HealthQuest 123- FREE with all memberships!
1. Orientation & Goal Setting
A 30-minute group session where qualified HealthQuest staff will assist in developing realistic and attainable health goals. This session is held, in-person, in the HealthQuest Teaching Kitchen.
2. Fitness Consultation
A 45-minute one-on-one Personal Training Consultation conducted either on land or in water. Establish baseline cardio activity, resistance training, body mass index, equipment orientation and/or provide sample workouts.
3. Nutrition Session
A 30-minute group education session with HealthQuest dietitian to discuss healthy eating patterns and review the various programs offered at HealthQuest. This session is held, in-person, in the HealthQuest Teaching Kitchen.
