Enjoy no-cost or low-cost access to HealthQuest Fitness and Wellness Center’s many amenities and classes. Join one of the following programs through your participating health insurance plan. You’ll get the tools, resources, and incentives you need to stay motivated and keep your body healthy and mind sharp.

Active&Fit

Check your eligibility for Active&Fit, available through certain employer and individual health plans. You may qualify for a low-cost HealthQuest membership.

Prime (Fitness Your Way)

Ask your employer if it participates in the Prime Fitness network. If it does, your insurance plan may include a program called Fitness Your Way, which gives you a HealthQuest membership for just $29 per month. Register for Prime.

Peerfit Move

See if you're eligible for Peerfit Move, available through certain Medicare benefits.

RenewActive

Your Medicare Advantage plan may include Renew Active from UnitedHealthcare. Bring your RenewActive confirmation code to HealthQuest to sign up.

Silver&Fit

Find out if you’re eligible for Silver&Fit, available through certain Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans. You may qualify for a free HealthQuest membership.

SilverSneakers

See if you qualify for SilverSneakers, available through certain Medicare Advantage plans. You may be eligible for a free HealthQuest membership, including SilverSneakers fitness classes.
