No Regret Smoothies
Sugar cravings can be difficult to overcome. These nutrient-packed fruit smoothies are sure to hit the spot and save you from making a food choice that ends in regret. Whether it’s your breakfast to start the day off right, or an afternoon pick-me-up, when hunger strikes you can drink one of these healthy shakes!
Chocolate-Peanut Butter-Banana Smoothie
A classic. The perfect sinfully sweet treat!
- 2 peeled and frozen bananas
- 2 cups of milk (almond or cow milk)
- ½ cup spinach or kale
- ½ scoop protein powder (optional)
- 1 Tbsp chia or flax seeds (optional)
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- Handful of ice
Blend & enjoy!
Serves 2
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
A way to indulge in the flavors of fall without any processed sugar!
- 2 peeled and frozen bananas
- ⅓ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp chia or flax seeds (optional)
- 2 cups of milk (almond or cow milk)
- 2 tsp honey OR 4 pitted dates
- Handful of ice

Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie
Natural sugars from tropical fruit leaving you dreaming of lounging on the beach…
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- 2 cups of milk (almond or cow milk) OR coconut water
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 Tbsp chia or flax seeds (optional)

Serves 2
Adding healthy fats to smoothies helps you stay full for longer, so I always add either seeds or a nut butter! I love to use peanut or almond butter and chia, flax, or hemp seeds. These additions also provide good amounts of protein and fiber.
