Non-Benefits Option

• Agreement duration is 13 weeks (with the ability to renew multiple times not to exceed a 12-month period without a 90-day interruption in service). Eligible for 403b teammate contribution.
• Hourly Rates:
  • Med Surg, ICU, ED and Intermediate Care- $75/hour
  • Labor & Delivery and OR- $80/hour
• Not eligible for benefits

Benefits Eligible Option

• Agreement is 26 weeks (with the ability to renew).
• Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision and 403b teammate contribution (PDO and other special pay benefits are not available for this option)
• Hourly Rates:
  • Med Surg, ICU, ED and Intermediate Care- $64/hour
  • Labor & Delivery and OR- $69/hour
• This contract period may be renewed without restrictions based on the needs of the department and organization.
