We have two primary care facilities and an internal medicine practice to take care of all your general health needs:
Our family-care providers, which include doctors, nurse practitioners, and medical staff, deliver a range of acute and chronic medical care services. In addition to diagnosing and treating illness, they also provide preventive care, including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunization and screening tests, and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
How We Can Help
Your provider will talk with you about your symptoms, prior medical history and other health details, followed by a physical examination. When necessary, you may be administered screening tests and immunizations. After reviewing your symptoms, medical history, and any test results, you and your provider will create a plan for your care. Your plan may include further testing, specialist referral, medication, therapy, diet or life-style changes, or education. Your provider will follow up with you to be sure your plan is correctly customized for you.
When choosing a primary care provider, look for a provider who:
- Is qualified to give quality care
- Has the training and background that meet your needs
- Takes steps to prevent illness, such as talking to you about quitting smoking or getting to a healthy weight
- Has privileges at the hospital of your choice
- Is part of your health plan, unless you can you afford to pay extra
- Encourages you to ask questions
- Listens to you
- Explains things clearly
- Treats you with respect
We are confident that our providers and staff at our primary care facilities will meet all of these needs.
