Parasomnias
These are unusual physical behaviors that take place while you are sleeping. They include sleepwalking, night-terrors, REM behavior disorder, rhythmic movement disorder, bed-wetting and teeth-grinding.

This is a sleep disorder that causes an irresistible urge to move your legs or arms. This will most likely happen when you are resting or lying down. Some symptoms include uncomfortable, tingly, aching, or creeping sensation.

Teeth Grinding (Bruxism)
Night time teeth grinding is one of the most common sleep disorders.

Hypersomnia (Daytime Sleepiness)
