A personal trainer is an exercise professional with the knowledge and experience to offer advice and guidance in the areas of exercise and fitness.  These professionals can assist you by designing a safe and effective exercise program to help you reach your personal goals.  Our certified/degreed personal trainers can help you enhance the five components of fitness: muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility.

Personal Training Sessions

Our personal training sessions are one-on-one training sessions with one of HealthQuests’s certified/degreed personal trainers. Half hour and hour sessions are available.

Partner Training Sessions

Partner sessions are for two people to train together with one of HealthQuests’s certified/degreed personal trainers.  Half hour and hour sessions are available.

HQ Extreme

HQ Extreme is an extreme training program done in small groups. It uses highly effective physical training techniques using body resistance, kettle balls, ropes, tubing exercises, and other non-conventional training equipment.  Participants can sign up for a 4 week session or pay for individual classes.  Sessions are offered 2-3 days per week for either 30 or 45 minutes, and each session can have 4-6 participants.

1 round of sessions is $60 for members and $70 for non-members. Members can also do 1 drop-in class for $15.
