For Our Employees
Employees, patients and the public are now able to fill prescriptions and buy over-the-counter products at the new pharmacy in the Bright Leaf lobby of the hospital, which opened March 23. The Johnston Health Outpatient Pharmacy, called J-Hop for short, will especially benefit patients, who can choose to have their prescriptions filled downstairs and then delivered to the bedside before leaving the hospital. The new pharmacy is open from 9 a.m. till 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Pharmacist Donna Dewberry encourages employees to continue sending their requests for new orders, refills and OTCs via the fax number, 919.938.7943. The request form is in the hospital approved forms folder (and in the subfolder for the pharmacy) on Hospital Quicklinks. The pharmacy’s phone number (ext. 7386) will also remain the same.
